With the weather cooling down, they will start offering hot chocolate in November. The drink is made from the same high-quality chocolate that they use to make their chocolate bars, so it’s a far cry from the typical sugary hot chocolate made from cocoa powder. For holidays season, they’ll also roll out the chocolate bonbons. These are colorful chocolate treats with ganache filling, perfect for holiday gifts.
When asked what made their business unique, they had this to say, “Our business is unique because we invite people to come and see our process from zero to finished products on our monthly chocolate factory tour. No secret recipe, no secret ingredients. You see everything and ask all kind of questions to the chocolate maker. Do you know that chocolate is made from fruit that grows on the trunk of a tree?”
